SingPost Admail Singapore
SingPost Admail Singapore campaigns can use flyers, brochures, booklets and other printed marketing pieces, with practical support on paper, size, artwork and production planning before lodgement.
SingPost Admail is SingPost’s non-addressed marketing-mail service for distributing promotional material to residential and business letterboxes. Quantum Print Solutions can print the physical mailer and help you plan a suitable print specification; the current Admail booking, approval and distribution requirements remain subject to SingPost’s rules.
Planning a SingPost Admail Singapore Campaign
Start with the target area, quantity, finished size and paper choice before confirming production. This helps align printing specifications with the intended distribution method and reduces the risk of reworking artwork or quantities later.
Popular Print Formats for Admail Campaigns
A practical format for promotions, openings, offers, property marketing and community campaigns. A5 and A4 are common commercial sizes.
Useful when you need more space for services, product ranges, menus, maps or campaign information.
For richer promotional content, vouchers, product listings and multi-page campaign information.
A thicker card-format option for compact promotions and stronger visual impact.
Special shapes or premium concepts may be possible, but should be checked against the current SingPost acceptance requirements before printing.
SingPost also promotes Admail for product-sampling campaigns. Packaging, weight and approval requirements should be confirmed directly with SingPost.
Check Admail Size, Paper and Weight Before Production
SingPost’s currently published Admail terms list flyer, brochure, catalogue and booklet mailers from 140 × 90 mm up to 297 × 210 mm (A4), with paper quality of at least 128gsm, thickness from 0.2 mm to 7 mm, and mailer weight not exceeding 300g. Items outside the published specification may require SingPost approval.
Because postal specifications and operational requirements can change, confirm the latest SingPost requirements before final production. Quantum can then match the printing specification to the confirmed campaign requirement.
Direct-Mail Reach Without Individual Addressing
SingPost describes Admail as allowing advertisers to choose geographic areas or housing types for non-addressed distribution.
Printed marketing is delivered directly into selected residential or business letterboxes rather than relying only on digital advertising.
Add a trackable QR code or dedicated landing page so offline distribution can support measurable online enquiries.
Plan the Printed Piece Around the Mailing Requirement
For Admail work, do not select paper purely by price. The finished mailer has to satisfy the current postal specification. Where SingPost’s published minimum applies, we can recommend suitable 128gsm or heavier options.
Supply print-ready PDF artwork with bleed and safe margins. Keep important text, QR codes and contact details clear and readable.
Use a high-contrast QR code with enough white space and test it at final printed size before production.
Allow time for printing, SingPost approval where required, preparation and lodgement. An urgent print slot does not shorten SingPost’s own approval or distribution process.

Does Quantum Print Solutions operate SingPost Admail?
No. SingPost operates Admail. Quantum Print Solutions provides printing and practical print-production support for campaigns using Admail or other direct-mail methods.
What paper should I use for Admail?
The print specification should follow the latest SingPost requirement for your campaign. SingPost’s currently published terms list at least 128gsm for standard flyer, brochure, catalogue and booklet Admail formats.
Can I use A5 or A4 flyers?
A5 falls within the currently published standard size range, and A4 is listed as the current maximum size for the standard flyer/brochure/catalogue/booklet specification. Always verify the latest terms before production.
Can you print a large quantity?
Yes. Send us the size, paper, printing sides and quantity and we can quote the print production accordingly.
Can urgent printing be arranged?
Selected same-day or next-day print jobs may be possible depending on specification, quantity, artwork readiness and production slot. This only refers to printing time and does not replace SingPost’s own approval or distribution timeline.
Can you check my QR code?
We can flag common artwork issues, but the customer should test the final QR destination and ensure the code remains valid throughout the campaign.
Need an Admail Printing Quotation?
WhatsApp your finished size, paper, quantity, printing sides, artwork and required production date. If you already have the SingPost campaign specification, send that too.
