How Much Does Flyer Printing Cost in Singapore?
Flyer price is determined by the actual specification, not only by the number of pieces. Size, paper, one- or two-sided printing, quantity, finishing and turnaround can all change the final quotation.
For current specifications, turnaround guidance and quotation details, see our flyer printing in Singapore page.
Size changes how much paper is used
A6 and DL are smaller than A5 and A4, so material usage and imposition can differ. Two jobs with the same quantity may therefore have different prices even when they use the same paper stock.
You can compare this with our printing services in Singapore and use the artwork guide before submitting files.
Paper weight affects cost and feel
80gsm and 105gsm are economical for mass distribution. 128gsm is a popular marketing choice, while 157gsm feels heavier. 260gsm and 310gsm are card stocks rather than ordinary lightweight flyer papers.
Quantity changes the unit cost
Higher quantities can reduce the effective unit cost because setup is spread across more pieces, but the relationship is not perfectly linear. Production method, sheet layout and paper usage also matter.
Urgent turnaround is a separate decision
Published standard prices normally assume normal production scheduling. Same-day and next-day jobs may require express charges because the job needs priority capacity and must fit available stock and equipment.
How to apply this in a real flyer job
Start with the action you want the reader to take, then work backwards into size, paper and quantity. A flyer for mass residential distribution usually needs a different balance of cost and durability from a premium handout at a sales presentation. Keep one dominant message on the front, make the contact action easy to find, and avoid shrinking text simply because there is empty space. If the campaign uses a QR code, test it from the final PDF and again from a printed proof or same-size screen preview. When comparing prices, compare like-for-like specifications: the same finished size, GSM, number of printed sides, quantity, finishing and turnaround. A lower headline price is not useful if the paper, delivery or production timing is different.
What to send when requesting a quotation
For a useful quotation, send the finished size, paper or material, printing sides, quantity, finishing requirements, print-ready artwork if available, required date and delivery location. If any item is still undecided, explain how the printed piece will be used so a suitable specification can be suggested. For an urgent job, include the exact time by which the completed item must be collected or delivered. This avoids quoting a specification that cannot realistically meet the deadline.
The QPS flyer page publishes current A6, A5, A4 and DL price tables from 100 to 100,000 pieces.
