How to Plan a Printing + Distribution Campaign
Treat printing and distribution as one workflow. When the distribution date, area and audience are known early, the print size, quantity, paper and production schedule can be chosen more intelligently.
For current specifications, turnaround guidance and quotation details, see our flyer distribution in Singapore page.
Set one primary campaign objective
Decide whether the flyer should generate enquiries, store visits, event registrations, property leads or simple awareness. The objective determines the call-to-action.

Build the distribution plan before quantity
Map the target coverage and estimate realistic deployment. Then add reserve copies and internal-use quantities.
Work backward from the live date
Allow time for artwork approval, printing, finishing, transport and distribution. Urgent production should not be used to compensate for an avoidable planning delay.
Create a measurable response
A dedicated QR code, offer code or landing page makes the campaign easier to evaluate and improve.
Plan the campaign before choosing the print quantity
Distribution works better when the target audience and response method are defined before printing. Identify the estates, businesses, event visitors or mailing list you intend to reach, estimate realistic coverage and then add a practical reserve rather than choosing a round quantity first. Match the format to the channel: a compact flyer may suit door-to-door distribution, while a postcard or envelope can suit direct mail. Use a dedicated QR code, landing page, phone number or offer code so responses can be attributed to the campaign. After the first run, compare actual enquiries with the distribution area and quantity; that information is more useful for the next order than simply repeating the same number of pieces.
What to send when requesting a quotation
For a useful quotation, send the finished size, paper or material, printing sides, quantity, finishing requirements, print-ready artwork if available, required date and delivery location. If any item is still undecided, explain how the printed piece will be used so a suitable specification can be suggested. For an urgent job, include the exact time by which the completed item must be collected or delivered. This avoids quoting a specification that cannot realistically meet the deadline.
