Printing Checklist for Singapore Property Agents
Property marketing print should make the agent identity, registered mobile number and response action easy to find. Check licence details, QR destinations and contact information before every production run.
For current specifications, turnaround guidance and quotation details, see our Property Agent Printing Singapore page.
Verify personal and licence details
Check the English name, Chinese name where used, CEA information, mobile number, email and company logo against the final approved version.
For a complete campaign, compare flyer printing in Singapore with our flyer distribution service.
Make the contact number visually strong
A property flyer or sticker often has only a few seconds to get attention. Do not bury the phone number in small text.
Test WhatsApp and listing QR codes
Scan the final code from the exported PDF and confirm it opens the intended listing, WhatsApp chat or landing page.
Plan common reusable sizes
Consistent sticker, card and flyer sizes make repeat orders easier and reduce the risk of artwork being rebuilt incorrectly under deadline pressure.
Keep a final print-ready master file
Store the approved PDF so reprints start from the exact previous production version rather than a screenshot or messaging-app image.
Plan the campaign before choosing the print quantity
Distribution works better when the target audience and response method are defined before printing. Identify the estates, businesses, event visitors or mailing list you intend to reach, estimate realistic coverage and then add a practical reserve rather than choosing a round quantity first. Match the format to the channel: a compact flyer may suit door-to-door distribution, while a postcard or envelope can suit direct mail. Use a dedicated QR code, landing page, phone number or offer code so responses can be attributed to the campaign. After the first run, compare actual enquiries with the distribution area and quantity; that information is more useful for the next order than simply repeating the same number of pieces.
What to send when requesting a quotation
For a useful quotation, send the finished size, paper or material, printing sides, quantity, finishing requirements, print-ready artwork if available, required date and delivery location. If any item is still undecided, explain how the printed piece will be used so a suitable specification can be suggested. For an urgent job, include the exact time by which the completed item must be collected or delivered. This avoids quoting a specification that cannot realistically meet the deadline.
QPS can coordinate flyers, name cards, stickers, banners and QR-enabled materials for property marketing.
